Manuka Dots - A new custom-made design: Part of the Morning Manuka Set
Morning Manuka is my first custom-designed pattern digitally printed on cotton fabric. Digitally printed fabrics ensure vibrant, long-lasting colours while being eco-friendly, reducing waste and water usage compared to traditional printing methods.
Manuka Dots is playful and energetic, with scattered blooms and bright pops of colour. This design mirrors the way Manuka flowers bring bursts of life to the landscape, creating a cheerful yet purposeful look. The dot pattern helps draw attention through its simplicity, making it easy for birds to spot from a distance.
These collar covers help protect our birds from being harmed and/or even killed by cats. The reflective feature allows cats to be even more visible to humans and cars during the long winter nights. Manuka Dots sport a red-orange reflective piping, so it is both highly visible to birds & cars!
How it works:
It is scientifically proven that cats who wear a brightly coloured collar cover help birds escape from being a meal.
It increases the birds' chances up to 87% to escape.
Birds tend to look for and are attracted to brightly coloured plants, so birds know to flee when a cat approaches (because plants don't normally move!)
How to Use:
Simply slip through your breakaway cat collar cover through the cover and let your cat wear it before they go outside.
Material Composition:
- Blouse cotton fabric*
- Polyester reflective material
- Cotton piping core
Gentle cold water machine/hand wash, iron flat after wash.

*About the Material - Blouse Cotton
When selecting the material, I had the option to choose between blouse cotton, drill, or canvas. I chose blouse cotton for its weightlessness and softness, so it is even lighter and more breathable than the pre-designed quilting cotton fabric used in my other styles (Carnival Set, Celebration Set).
