Was disappointed to find items are shipped from Australia as the auctions themselves state they are being sent from Ngaruawahia. Delivery took 1 week to arrive, this would not of happened if the item was in the the north island like they stated. $4 to send item, well this would not of needed to be if it was from the North Island. Organza bag was never sent like they stated in the description of earings. They put it in a crappy paper bag. The earings themselves looked cheap probably made in China .Another big thing is in felts policies it stated items are to be sold from New Zealand, why are you then trading. Very dissapointed.

Was disappointed to find items are shipped from Australia as the auctions themselves state they are being sent from Ngaruawahia. Delivery took 2 weeks and then the seller sent wrong item so I had to wait another 2 weeks for the correct item to arrive. These earrings took 15 days to arrive, by which time I had to buy another present as the birthday had been and gone. The items are shipped from Australia, not from Ngaruawahia as listed next to the item. The seller said she would update her shipping details on Felt to state that items were shipped from Oz but I see she has not done this. I contacted the seller several times after buying the items and got a poor level of customer service. These earrings took 15 days to arrive and it was difficult getting any meaningful information from the seller on when and where they were shipped from and by what method. I eventually learnt they were shipped from Australia by standard mail. When the earrings arrived I thought they were quite low quality - very soft metal which bends easily.
