Thank you for visiting my shop "TillaFrost".

I have been making jewellery since 2006.
It started with a beading course in Norway and then the beads followed me to Spain and USA where I did more courses.
Now, I am living in New Zealand, still creating jewellery, but have moved onto sterling silver jewellery. In 2015, I attended a silver smith school one night a week and have been attending evening school for 5 years.
I am intending to get back to evening class in 2022, but also have my own work room at home to create jewellery.

There may also pop up a piece made of leather and metal, so stay tuned!

SHIPPING

Sterling silver Orders within NZ are sent by Courier Post (with signture) and can be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days.

Overseas orders will be sent via insured international courier and can be expected to arrive within 4-10 working days. Please send me a message and I will send you the courier fee including insurance.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
It is my job to make sure that you are entirely happy with your purchase.
Therefore if there should be a fault or a problem with the quality of your jewellery I will happily refund the item. Please let me know within 7 days if you want to return a piece of jewellery and please return it within 14 days unused in its original packaging.
Once the item is received, the value of the jewellery will be returned to your paypal account.
