SHIPPING AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days and sent through New Zealand Post. New Zealand shipping is currently 1 - 3 days North Island, 2 - 4 days South Island, and up to 5 days to a rural address from the day of dispatch.

Rural shipping: please ensure that if your order is being shipped to a rural address that the rural surcharge tick box is checked at the checkout. We are unable to ship to rural addresses if the rural surcharge is not paid as this is a direct fee charged by New Zealand Post.

International Shipping is also available:

Shipping to Australia is currently estimated at 5 - 15 business days (from the day your order is sent) and to the US/UK/Rest of World 15 - 20 business days. The delivery times will vary, but if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe please get in touch so we can follow up with New Zealand Post.
