I collect clay and other fossiked materials from areas that evoke memories for me. I process these and use them in my objects for others to celebrate their own personal stories. Many materials are transformed by the processes that they go through in the heat of the kiln. It is fascinating being able to replicate geological actions with ceramic materials and to experience this in the studio space.
