Grandma, a retired art teacher, designs and makes outfits for babies -6 year olds. She has been upcycling since the 1960's for herself and family. She firmly all little girls deserve to have special little dresses that show they are unique and different to everyone else.She is also concerned that there is far too much waste in the world.
