My mission is simple: to help other people. For the longest time, I struggled to find the right way to do that. Through teaching scuba diving in Costa Rica, I began to discover a truth and an understanding of the power of our inner light. It is something that we all have, that inner voice, our heart, our life force. I started to become aware of moments of absolute clarity, when the universe seemed to make perfect sense. In these moments, I was struck insights and messages. They came not from outside, but from within me. I began to write them down until, over a period of a year or two, I had the basis for my book, Finding Your Light Within.

I had found that writing was my way of helping people. And so I have begun to write and to create in order to share my message of inspiration, my message of hope and my message of love. For it is love that is at the centre of all things and it is love that gives the light its blinding glow. Currently, I have two books available and others are on the way.

I believe in the trinity of love, light and life, which is depicted in my logo as the heart, sun and tree. These are the keys that unlock our truth.
