Have been sewing since June 2012 (self taught) and I'm finding it's a wonderful way to relax and add a little creativity into my life.
Cushion covers are my main item at the moment, but I will be progressing to more adventurous things as my skills improve!
I try to find fabrics that are somewhat unusual and unique, along with the very familiar children's favourites!
I live with my partner and have two grown up sons, along with the family cat and dog, and 3 recently acquired chickens (which are amazingly good fun and yummy eggs as a bonus!)
