Gemstone pony necklace - your choice of small, semiprecious stone horse

These delightful little stone horses make gorgeous pendants. Each one is suspended from curb style chain in an antiqued-brass or antiqued-copper tone.

The little horses are hand-carved from a variety of semiprecious stones, including red agate (carnelian), tiger's eye, and assorted jaspers and other agates. The different colours make them look like a herd – chestnut, bay, brown, dappled grey, etc.

Each necklace fastens with a lobster-claw clasp and ring. The clasp can actually be clipped into any of the links in the chain, making the necklaces easily adjustable, and each necklace can be reversed and worn with the little horse facing either way. Each side of each horse will show slightly different markings.

As photographed, colours available include tiger's eye (dark brown and tawny gold), jasper (mid-brown with some tiny pale flecks), brecciated jasper (deep, dark red with a charcoal-coloured or grey matrix), carnelian (translucent orange), and zebra jasper (grey with darker grey stripes and streaks).

Each necklace is approximately 44.5cm long, including the lobster-claw clasp. Being hand carved, the little horses vary slightly in size, measuring 23- 25mm from ears to tail, and 18-20mm from ears to hooves.
