Custom Bunny Doll made from your vintage table linens.
Buyer to supply table linens and deliver linens to Zippitydoodah studio either in person or via mail/ courier
Choice of Bunny body fabric/ colour; sandy pincord, silver grey velveteen, dark grey velveteen or cocoa velveteen
Elizabeth will hand make your bunny from the fabrics/ linens you supply, doing her best to utilise the best parts of the linens supplied. Some small embroidery repairs can be made, and small marks can be avoided when cutting out the pieces.
Bunny comes wearing a removable dress made from vintage table linen with embroidered flowers, the reverse of her dress is made from printed cotton fabric. Bunny is finished with a wee cotton bunny tail made from the lace edge of the tablecloth.
Vintage Bunny Dolls are carefully stitched from vintage linens and textiles to my own unique design. I first started making my bunnies after reading the velveteen rabbit storybook to my children.
Each bunny is a one of a kind bunny with her own unique dress and bunnytail. I often add extra details to the dresses like little pockets, and extra hand embroidery. The dresses are removable and are made to be easy to get on and off.
Each bunny has a cute little bunny tail made from vintage lace or handmade crochet from vintage linens. They have hand stitched faces.
Each bunny has her own unique personality. My current bunnies are made from soft cotton velveteen with a lovely smooth feel. I cut the fabric so the nap goes down the bunny for maximum softness and the best cuddles!
They are approx 45cm long from the top of their ears to the tips of their toes.
Bunnies are $82.00 each and come wearing one dress OR a pair of overalls
Extra dresses are available for $20 each.
Hand Knitted cardigans are available in assorted colours
