Twiddle Muffs are sensory comforts for people who have restless hands.
They're actually called a Twiddle Muff because you put your hands in the muff or slide on to one arm, whichever is the most comfortable. Then you get to twiddle with all the different textures and objects.

Twiddlemuffs provide a source of visual, tactile and sensory stimulation at the same time as keeping hands snug and warm.

Restless hands are a common symptom of anxiety that people with dementia, autism, Asperger's and mental health issues can suffer from.

Inside the muffs there are lots of different objects of all different shapes and sizes, textures and colours.

Made from acrylic wool so are easily washed.
