Pink Sapphire star bracelet

A versatile classic design of a simple star set sapphire.

I have hand set this natural pink sapphire in a 12 pointed star design, the old fashioned way, with a handheld graver and finely tuned muscles and eyes.

The disc measures just shy of 9mm across and is 2mm thick, it is nice and light.

I make many of these bracelets but they are all different as I engrave each one by eye.

I love engraving with a graver, the process, the simplicity, the skill and the result. You just can’t get that bright sparkle and hand crafted feel with laser cut or cast or roll printing techniques.
