Chilli Lime and Ginger Dressing 250mls

This sauce is fresh, tangy and vibrant. Packed with flavour, it is perfect as a dipping sauce for rice paper wraps, spring rolls or dumplings. Use to dress an Asian coleslaw with shredded chicken, finely sliced vegetables, mint and coriander. Top with roasted sesame seeds. Cook chicken, fish or tofu then add sauce at last minute for a lovely sauce.Make a Thai beef salad with the left-over beef. Cook pork or chicken mince through, add diced red onion, mint and coriander, dress with sauce and serve in lettuce cups.
