Kererū on Rhododendron Print.
Illustrated and printed in Waimakariri, New Zealand. All of my illustrations are painted by hand and then scanned for reproduction.
This open edition print is a highly detailed illustration of a New Zealand Kererū (Wood Pigeon) perched on blooms of purple rhododendron featuring a fluffy bumble bee. Most special and meaningful of all, this Kererū is a hybrid with butterful wings reflecting the iridescent colours of the bird.
Each artwork is printed on A5 heavyweight 310gsm Cotton Rag, an archival, 100% cotton acid and lignin-free paper.
Each print is hand signed and comes packaged in a clear cellophane bag with detachable board backing.
