This “Wheat bag” can be used either as a hot or cold compress on tired muscles, sprains, aches and pains, period cramps, during labour, or just as an alternative to a hot water bottle. A wheat bag is a safer way of heating a cot or bed. The wheat bag is divided into segments for even distribution of heat/or chill. Please remember:

Place a cup of water in the microwave when heating.
Wheat Bag can be hot so please use caution.
Avoid over heating wheat bag.
Remove wheat bag from cot or bed before child/invalid is tucked in.
Put wheat bag in a plastic bag before placing in freezer.
