PLEASE NOTE - I am not currently making these to order as materials need to be ordered from overseas. This listing is for hats already made. Please choose only from those listed.

The Garbo is a traditional 1930s style cloche and is decorated with a band and edging and a felt flower in two contrasting colours. The brim is designed to be worn raised at the front.

This hat is made from 100% wool felt and is fully hand blocked and hand sewn. The felt is warm in the winter and breathable in the summer making this a suitable hat to wear all year round.

Aurora's hats are designed to fit comfortably (not tightly) and not blow off the head on a windy day.

Please specify your choice of hat from the list below.
Emerald & Black - 58cms
Royal & Navy - 59cms
Olive & Black - 59cms
Damson & Black - 61cms

I cannot currently make different colours or sizes. Please choose your hat from this list. I can only add 4 photos here. Please see other hat listings for other colours.

If you are uncertain as to your size, measure your head around including the top of your ears and the large part of your head at the back. The average/medium size for this style is 59cms.

Aurora has several other styles to choose from. Please check my other listings. All of my hats are designed so they can be worn for formal occasions or for everyday. They are all also to my original, copyrighted designs.

Items are sent in a box for protection. I can fit 2 hats in one box to save your postage costs.

Items can be collected from Belleknowes, Dunedin by arrangement. Payment in advance is preferred but we do have Eftpos if needed.
