Anzac Soldier Vessel

This is a commemorative vessel that commemorates the men and women who went to World War 1. I made in their hundreds as part of several 100th Anniversary projects called 'Take Me Home' between 2014 & 2018. Last year I distributed these as memory items in a few different locations for free and I have around 45 left over. I would love you to purchase one of the last of these and 100% of the profits will go to the RSA to help with their fundraising that has been so rudely interrupted this year! It is a great opportunity to reflect on how our now elderly have helped to shape this great land we call our home...something small we can do whilst we are all in our bubbles. The vessel stands appx 25cm tall and 8cm in diameter. They all have individual prints of anzac text, poppies and silhouetted soldiers on them and are made from red New Zealand terracotta...no two are alike!
