Beautiful large kete handmade from New Zealand harakeke (flax) with a squiggle detailing on front.
Due to natural variation in the colour of the flax every kete made is 'one of a kind'. This kete is made from a combination of natural (untreated) and boiled flax.
This kete is 65 cm x 25 cm high (approx) in size. It is 10 cm wide at the base- but there is a lot of give in the width.
Strong and versatile- plenty of room for all of your shopping.
The strap length is 40 cm (from end to end). This length is suitable for hand carry. The strap is plaited from four strands of flax resulting in a very neat strong finish.
Note: I use a combination of NZ post (tracked) and Pass the parcel (courier)- I try to find the cheapest option. The rural delivery surcharge applies only to NZ post packages.
