Sleep pillows are a great asset to people of all ages who find it difficult to get to sleep- from babies to older people and those suffering emotional stress find one very beneficial. They consist of a small flat outer sachet, containing an inner sachet containing the herbs and soft wadding.which can be refilled, so these sachets will last a long time.They are used by putting them under or in the pillowcase. This sleep pillow is knitted in soft cotton and is filled with 4 herbs that are really good sleep inducing herbs plus fixative.The herbs are:
English lavender- promotes relaxing deep sleep.
Lemon verbena- Relieves stress, anxious and nervous feelings, insomnia, stress, and headaches.
Rosemary- helps avoid nightmares and headaches.
Bay-helps promote inspiration and repels negativity.
