A Herbal Tea to Relax and Soothe

Tranquillity Tea is a loose leaf herbal tea that not only tastes great but which is also really good for you. All the herbs used in this tea have been grown in Tuahiwi, North Canterbury then hand picked, dried and blended into a delicious, healthy herbal tea.

Tranquillity tea is a combination of three herbs that are known for their relaxing and stress relieving properties:

*CHAMOMILE (Matricaria recutita) : This herb has long been used for easing anxiety as well as soothing digestive systems.

*LEMON BALM (Melissa officinalis): This herb is a tonic for the nervous system. It is well known to relieve stress and anxiety and has been approved by German authorities to be used for tension, anxiety and poor sleep.

*LAVENDER (Lavendula angustifolia): This herb is well known for its distinctive smell and used in many toiletries. However, it is also very calming on the nervous system when taken in a tea.

It is a tea that will leave you feeling relaxed and tastes great.

To make a delicious cup of herbal tea, simply steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 250mls of boiled water
