Orange Wheat Bag with Lavender

This wheat bag is made using 100% cotton fabric that has been printed orange with white dots. It is divided into four segments and measures 37cms long by 15cms wide and weighs approximately 750gms. In each of the divisions when the wheat bag was being made approximately two tablespoons of dried lavender flowers were also added mixed in with the wheat. So when heated this wheat bag is not only lovely and warm, but smells like a lavender patch.

Wheat bags or “Wheaties” can be used either hot or cold as a compress on tired muscles, sprains, aches and pains, period cramps, during labour, or just as a safer alternative to a hot water bottle.

This wheat bag is divided into segments for even distribution of heat or cold.

Please remember:

• To place a cup of water in the microwave when heating.
• The wheat bag can be very hot so please use caution.
• Avoid over heating wheat bag.
• Remove wheat bag from cot or bed before child/invalid is tucked in.
• Place wheat bag in a plastic bag before placing in freezer.
