"Zorro" tea cosy

This funky tea cosy is knitted in self-striping Opal "Zorro" wool, with contrasting band and slits for the spout and handle in black Waikiwi merino wool blend.
It will fit a number of different sized teapots, but this one suits an upright style.
The black teapot shown here is a 6-cup farmhouse style teapot standing 18 cm high. The white one is only 16 cm high but still fits nicely, with the black band of the cosy folding out flat to sit like a table mat around the base of the pot.
A smaller tea cosy for a 4-cup or less upright teapot can also be commissioned.
