How does Felt work?

Felt is a marketplace, enabling New Zealand makers to sell directly to customers online worldwide. To buy an item on Felt or request a custom order from a Felt seller, you need to create an account.

To do this, click Create an Account in the top right hand corner of the page. Once you have filled out your details and clicked "Sign me up!" Felt will send details to your email address which you can then use to log in to the site.

Items on Felt are listed by individual makers from all over New Zealand. When you order an item, Felt provides you with the payment details so you can make payment directly to the seller. Felt sends your delivery address to the seller, so they can despatch your purchase as soon as they receive your payment.
