Andy was absolutely amazing right from the moment I placed my order.

He was fast with communication and a great guy to deal with.

NZ Post lost the package and even though it was nothing to do with Andy, he took control of the situation by chasing the problem with post and arranging for another to be sent so that I had it by the date I needed it.

When the package arrived it was everything it was described as and included a few cute little extras which was fun.

Great guy. Would recommend.
