Dressed in royal blue rustic soft reclaimed leather, I am a miniature, wearable & usable journal for your thoughts. Open me up and you’ll find I am filled with 36 pages (72 sheets) of beautiful blue handmade paper for your thoughts, doodles, signatures and snippets. Hand-torn, my pages have been stitched with archival linen thread, so you can be sure I’ll last a lifetime.
Next to me rests a 20mm wide glass magnifying dome in a vintage brass lace setting containing one of Bibliographica’s photographic studies titled ‘Blue Flax’ – which was originally taken at Medlands Beach, Great Barrier Island.
Measuring 1 x 1 ¼ inches, we hang from an antique bronze mother-son link chain which secures with a lobster clasp. When secured around the neck, my total length is 13 ½ inches (27 doubled up).
I secure with a sweet black leather tie which simply tucks in on my back.
