Polka-dot jandals earrings - fused glass

These brightly coloured jandal earrings are not just accessories; they embody the spirit of summer in Aotearoa New Zealand. Their vibrant colors and playful design evoke memories of sunny days spent on the beach.

These earrings are individually cast from powdered glass using a pate-de-verre technique. Pate-de-verre means "paste of glass". This process creates three-dimensional items in glass without high-temperature molds. The glass layers are fused at around 700C, creating kiln-formed fused glass.

Light and easy to wear, each earring is individually made, so your earrings are truly one of a kind. Due to its handmade nature, your jewellery may have small imperfections and irregularities. This is perfectly normal and should in no way affect the function or life of your item.
