Magnesium Chloride Flakes - Magnesium is known for its support of sleep and relaxation qualities.
Lavender Essential Oil - can promote relaxation, help overcome fatigue and relieve stress
Chamomile - for years, Chamomile has been used to improve sleep and reduce anxiety
Glycerine - a great humectant and emollient for the skin
Xanthan Gum - to provide a gel consistency to the Magnesium Oil as well as providing moisturising and conditioning for the skin.
Natural Solubiliser (Palm Oil Free) - to fully incorporate the essential oils into the water phase and to prevent separation over time
Roll on a small amount to the soles of your feet, massage in to aid with sleep 10 mins before bed time.
Roll on to area of cramp to ease cramps rapidly.
Can also be used for painful or sore muscles, muscle tension and to reduce pain.
