Dinghy at Dawn

This Woodblock printed artwork shows the cityscape of Auckland NZ in background from the perspective of the Te Atatu peninsula. Te Atatu is literally translated as the Dawn. So hence the name of this work. The image itself is A3 however the paper stock is larger at 487 mm x 325mm. The sky was inspired by Van Gogh's Starry Night, I do however, enjoy the cultural elements representing Tamaki Makaurau.
