This ring is copper plated with amazing technique called electroforming.

No glue used
I sealed these pieces with renaissance wax. However, like all metals copper will naturally darken with time, to keep your jewelry looking broght avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals and try to keep it from getting wet for long periods of time. You can scrub the areas you would like to keep shiny with salt and lemon.
