This roving is not from our sheep but is from our private stash and is surplus to needs. It's a light grey colour with a slight brownish tint that gives it warmth. It is beautiful on its own or would also be well suited for overdyeing.
Being merino this wool is very soft and suitable for wearing next to skin. We think it could be used for a wide variety of projects including knitting, crochet, weaving, or felting. Normally merino would not be this cheap but it contains some noils - they're quite light and easy to pick out while spinning but we've kept the price low in recognition of the extra labour required.
This wool comes in 100g balls and there are 9 available.
