Merino roving - pale moorit very soft 100g balls

This roving is not from our sheep but is from our private stash and is surplus to needs. It's a beautiful pale creamy fawn colour - moorit sheep produce brown wool and this is on the lighter end of the colours they come in. Note - our camera does not represent the warmth of the moorit shades well, and the wool is a more creamy tan colour than appears in the photos.

Being merino this wool is very soft and suitable for wearing next to skin. We think it could be used for a wide variety of projects including knitting, crochet, weaving, or felting. Normally merino would not be this cheap but it contains some vegetable matter - it's quite light and easy to pick out while spinning but we've kept the price low in recognition of the extra labour required.
