Trouble's fleece - White romney hogget roving 100g balls
Trouble is part of our breed-up programme, in which we're using quality white commercial romneys to increase the gene pool for coloured romneys in Aotearoa. She's heterozygous which means she can produce coloured lambs. This is her hogget fleece - we always keep a few white fleeces and this one was too lush to pass up.
This roving is most suitable for outerwear, socks, blankets, hats, and furnishing textiles. We think it would be especially well suited for weaving, and being white it's also great for dyeing! It's carded and ready to spin, and is all usable.
