Minime's fleece - Finn x Romney lambswool, white/pale grey raw fleece 500g

Minime is so named because she's a carbon copy of her Mum. She's a Finn/Romney cross and her fleece reflects this. It's very much on the line between Finn and Romney characteristics - it is a strong fleece with medium lustre and a well defined crimp. She's mostly white with some very pale grey patches which have faded as she's grown.

The average staple length is 8-9cm. We think this wool would be best suited for socks, hats, and outerwear that is a bit softer than a straight romney would be. This wool would also make excellent felt. Expected yield is 75%.

Note: some of the lighter grey areas are shown in the photo but we are able to remove them if you only want white.
