WOO WOO Calendula and Yarrow healing salve

This gorgeous natural and magical healing salve is suitable for use on dry skin, chapped lips, sunburn, windburn, oily skin, scratches, wounds, dermatitis, bruises, burns, sores, skin ulcers, skin infections, rashes, swollen lymph glands, eczema, nappy rash, age spots, almost everything!

The texture is softer than the balm (containing more oil and shea butter) but it is rich and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue, start with a small application - a little goes a long way!

Key ingredients and their properties:

Calendula (Calendula Officinale) - family: Asteraceae
Promotes cell repair and growth, anti inflammatory, soothing and gentle astringent, antiseptic and increases levels of collagen.

Yarrow (Achilles Millefolium) family: Asteraceae

The medicinal use of yarrow dates back to before 10,000 BC it uses commonly associated with Achilles who used it staunch bleeding and his soldiers on the battle field.

It has a wide range of actions, astringent, antimicrobial and antiseptic. Itcontains vitamins A, C and K and minerals magnesium, copper, potassium iron and iodine. Yarrow is highly regarded for healing wounds, bruises and sprains used as a topical treatment for dermatitis is a heal all for all kinds of wounds and ulcers.


Ingredients: Calendula flowers (Calendula Officinale), infused in avocado oil, Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium) ) infused in olive oil, unrefined NZ beeswax, cocoa butter and shea butter.

Directions: apply liberally, as needed
