Avocado oil promotes collagen production in your skin. It contains beta carotene, protein, lecithin, fatty acids, and vitamins A, D, and E which feed and hydrate your face.
Use this serum to cleanse and moisturise. Massage the serum into your face, then hold a warm washcloth over your face while the steam pulls dirt and impurities from your pores. Rinse the cloth out and wipe your face all over.
Your face will be left feeling soft and clean. Depending on your skin type, this might be enough hydration. If not, you can apply the serum to the dryer parts of your face, or all over if your whole face needs that extra hydration.
If you prefer to use a different cleansing method, you can also use this serum purely as a hydrating and toning facial serum. However you choose to use it, you are getting the moisturising benefits of Avocado oil, with the healing powers of medicinal herbs.
