Contemporary Fibre Wall Art
This handfelted seascape wall art in a genuine wooden frame will be a beautiful decoration for that special spot in your house or bach.
The picture was made with the wet felting technique by using hand dyed NZ merino wool and silk fibres.
Prior to incorporating it into the felt during the felting process I also used sheer silk fabric that I painted with acrylic paints for black and golden accents.
The handfelted piece was then stitched on a white stretched canvas .
It comes complete with drop frame and gallery style hanging system.
