Glass Fungi Plant Buddies (Aotearoa Collection)
Product details:
Handmade plant buddies using the Tiffany (copperfoil) method, finished with black or copper patina.
(1) Purple Pouch Webcap: wispy purple and textured deep purple glass
(2) Yellow Waxcap: orange/yellow, and white glass
(3) Scarlet Pouch: Deep red and beige/brown translucent glass
(4) Fly Agaric: ruby red and white glass, with painted detail
(5) Vermillion Waxcap: wispy red glass
Each fungi measures approximately 3-5cm in length, and 2-3cm in width. Total length including brass rod is approximately 10cm.
Packaged with recycled materials to avoid generating unnecessary waste! Can be shipped within NZ and worldwide. Courier is used to ensure your purchase arrives intact.
The inspiration:
Aotearoa is home to hundreds of native fungi, and Autumn is the best time to stumble across all sorts of varieties in the bush! These species are among the many I’ve noticed in my forest travels of 2023.
Care:
- Made with materials that contain lead. The risk is minimal, but as a precaution wash hands after handling to avoid ingesting particles.
- Best kept inside for longevity.
