They are a great budget-friendly way to customise your binder with space to add your category on the front. They provide a handy tracker on the back. Being laminated you can easily wipe them clean and reuse them over and over again. I recommend using a Sharpie or a Uni chalk pen, which can be cleaned off with a soft cloth and either vinegar or hand sanitizer.
