Threepence Patu Coin Earrings.
The detail on the Patu is just amazing... zoom in its wicked.
I've crafted these earrings from 1952 Threepence coins.
Carefully sawing around each patu, then smoothing, attaching a sterling ring and polishing.
Total length including sterling silver hooks 3.1cm.
**Currently posting twice a week**
Like many pieces I create out of vintage items, they carry signs of a previous well loved life, which makes each piece perfectly imperfect.
Do not wear while swimming, soaking or showering, or spray with perfume etc.
These gorgeous earrings will come in a gift box, that I have crafted from 80% upcycled materials.
