New Zealand customers, I ship your items in a pre paid track and trace NZ Post envelope.

I address and package items carefully so they arrive safely at their destination, however, once I have shipped your item I cannot be held directly responsible if it goes missing in transit. In the unlikely event this happens however, I will do my best to track your item and try to help you to recover some compensation if it does not turn up.

I cannot be held responsible for customs duties or taxes.

I take pride in my work and carefully inspect all items before shipping, I am happy to replace, exchange or repair or refund an item if it arrives broken, damaged or faulty in anyway.

Please note, because I run a very small business, making one off items, I am not in a position to accept a return and offer you a refund because you have changed your mind.
