Tui Pendant in Sterling Silver
This Tui is the second in my native bird series.
I used filigree koru to outline the form, suggesting the feathers and wattles shining in the shade of leafy trees.
Watching tui squabbling in the trees in Wadestown and clamouring in the kowhai in Paraparaumu inspired the assertive attitude I’ve portrayed in this pendant.
It is a wearable 40mm in height including the bale and comes with a 45cm sterling silver diamond cut curb chain. It comes packaged in a bleached cotton pouch perfect for gift giving and is boxed for shipping.
