Totara boards are one of my favourites, being a super durable wood the natural oils and tannins make them very good for use as a chopping board.
Beautiful quality timber chopping board. Perfect for a cheese or antipasto board. Made by a professional tradesman with 19 years experience with New Zealand Native timbers.
These boards are stunning in appearance and will last for years as they are made like butchers blocks with the end grain up to make it easier on your knives. Made with food safe and water proof glue.
Size: 485mm*327mm*43mm.
This board has nice tactile handles which make it easy to pick up and move around the kitchen if needed and rubber feet to keep it of the bench for optimal air flow. (this is needed for larger board). This board has a nice juice groove.
Timbers in this board: 100%Totara. Perfect gift for a wedding or for your own kitchen. Great as a centre piece on the table or for serving those treats at your wedding.
Finished with 100% food safe Mineral Oil for easy maintenance.
I can make custom sizes and your choice of materials if required, just ask.
