Original Linocut - Goat Creek Hut
Limited edition of 26 hand-printed reduction linocut artworks.
Goat Creek Hut, an old hunters Hut shaded by mysterious bush a few minutes off the old ghost road. Two days into the bike ride through rich west coast bush you get a tempting signpost for the side trip. In true kiwi fashion, wet shoes were embraced in the icy river to bag another of NZ's classic rustic huts.
Approximately 19cm x 24cm printed on fawn coloured Stonehenge paper. All of my artworks are hand-printed, with either the back of my hand, a spoon or a baren. This means that some prints may have small differences depending on how much ink or pressure was applied.
