F#%k It dhoops are a response to this heinous game. Yep, that happened, this is happening and the only guarantee is that more shit will happen. Here at Fermata, we want to invite you to just roll with it, like a panda in the snow. Or like a duck, let it slide right off your back. Accept what is beyond your control, keep paddling and don’t give a flying.
After all, most of what is thrown at us, with speed and alarming accuracy, is well beyond our control, so let’s try to control what we can - our own thoughts.
So, quietly confirm a new mantra, with all the serenity of your Yoga teacher and the grit of RBG. Breathe deeply and whisper to yourself: Fuck it, FFFFFFuck it (long inhale), Fuck iiiiiiiiiT (long exhale).
Our F#%k It dhoop is not a call to lay down, give up or give in. Please keep fighting the good fight! But, fuck it, why not give yourself a break and take a moment for pause and acceptance? Surrender to all that is beyond your control, and find peace in letting it be. Even if the ‘it’ is whopping and weighty and overwhelming. Have a crack at just accepting it all, because, fuck it, this too shall pass.
