Sometimes, however, it feels like simple pleasures twist cruelly to taunt us. The state of being we once desired with optimism becomes its own obstacle. Self-care becomes just another bloody thing on the to-do list. We’re blind to the woods for the trees and to mindfulness for the yoga pants.
So let’s drop the details, the minutiae of expert advice and methods, the ‘shoulds’ and ‘supposed-tos’. It’s time to shrug it all off and throw ourselves back in the direction of the simple.
Sweet Cin is a dhoop of simple pleasures.
A humble pantry dhoop, working with what we have on hand, to paint in broad strokes of cinnamon happiness, sweet Sweet Cin. A combination of freshly-powdered cinnamon sticks, with sweet orange, mandarin and sandalwood; a smokey, scented, sunlit duvet hug.

Cinnamon, associated with summer, is prized for its warm, spicy, sweet scent that may aid general wellbeing.
