Black Linen Lavender Wheat Pack
Made from sustainable 100% linen fabric and filled with Wheat and Organic Lavender. Approx. 38cm x 16cm.
Wheat packs are an effective natural pain relief alternative by using Heat Therapy.
Heat Therapy works by applying heat to the pained area. This increases blood flow to the muscles or joints by opening the blood vessels. This delivers more oxygen to the blood cells which help repair damaged tissue and reduces inflammation.
Simply place your wheat pack in a microwave for 1-2 minutes with a mug of water (helps to stop the wheat from drying out) and apply to the pained area. Alternatively you can heat in an over at 160-180 degrees celsius with a mug of water wrapped in foil for 15 minutes. ​Wheat packs can also be used as a cold compress by simply wrapping and placing in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
For best results apply for 15-20 mins at a time with rest periods in between.
