Ease bumps and bruises the natural way. Ditch the plastic, gel-filled cold packs !
Rice-filled pouches made from water-resistant fabric, with removeable, washable cotton covers, that are as kind to the environment as they are to you. They mould beautifully to your body, and if they get soiled, simply whip off the cover to wash clean.
Keep in the freezer for a COLD PACK (store in a zipseal bag), and apply to bumps, bruises, strains, swelling, aches, pains, insect stings, itchy eyes or wind/sun burnt skin. My children love these to help them cool down in bed on those hot NZ summer nights.
Microwave for a HEAT PACK (with ½ mug of water. Heat 1 mins , check temp then repeat in 30 sec bursts to max of 2 mins)

My Natural Cold Packs are handmade with aroha in Canterbury, New Zealand, using upcycled fabrics wherever possible, to limit the impact on the environment we cherish so much.
Gentle handwashing cover in warm water is recommended, using a mild detergent. Spot clean rice pouch, if needed.
