Winter Balm
Rubbed into the chest this balm can help ease nasal, sinus or chest congestion, tight coughs and open up the airways. Inhalation of the vapour may also ease headaches associated with congestion or mental fatigue.

Everything Balm
Kawakawa and Manuka are traditionally used in Rongoa (traditional Maori herbal medicine). I have combined the two powerful healers into a balm to be used for eczema, psoriasis, skin rashes, very dry skin, bites, stings, chilblains, sunburn, minor wounds, bruises, abrasions, infections, acne, boils, warts, fungal conditions of the nails or skin.
Ingredients: kawakawa leaves, hemp seed oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil, shea butter, beeswax, manuka essential oil, vitamin E oil.

Sleep Balm
Gently released by the warmth of your pulse points, this blend of oils helps to calm feelings of anxiety, let go of stressful thoughts and relax the mind into restful sleep. Not recommended for babies under three months old.
Ingredients: sweet almond oil, shea butter, beeswax, essential oils of lavender, ylang ylang, bergamot, cedar, vetiver, chamomile, marjoram, vitamin E oil
