Natural cotton fabric that has been hand painted with Moon and stars design (it's a little bit sparkly!) No herbs/flowers or essential oils for those who prefer not.

100 pc natural cotton fabric that has been hand sewn.

Filled with just enough organic rice and flaxseeds to have a lightweight yet cosy and luxurious feel.

Relaxing and great for yoga nidra, savasana, tired and dry eyes. ME TIME.

Warm in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to gently warm and comfort OR freeze for 20 minutes to cool and use.
