Solid bronze Fish Hook~Hei matu. Hand crafted New Zealand pendant

Hand crafted original New Zealand Maori fish hook design in Solid Bronze.
The Fish hook or Hei Matau is a traditional Maori design symbolizing prosperity, abundance & strength. Bringing connections and respect for the sea and good luck while traveling over water. NZ's good luck charm.
It is fully shaped and has Maori engraving detail on both sides.

Pure bronze is a timeless metal used for it's strength & beauty since the 'Bronze Age' it has a similar colour to white gold and it deepens with age.
These are uniquely New Zealand designs made by my partner & I here in NZ. Sculptural pieces fully shaped on the front and on the back, finished by hand to a high polish. Quality pieces to keep or pass on as a treasured gift.

Pendant measures 3.7cm (just under 1.5 inch) long.
Hung on a black slip knot cord, adjustable to wear long or short. 38-65cm

Will be sent in a gift pouch with a card describing the material and the symbolism of the design.

Items within NZ are sent by Courier post which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive within NZ.
Overseas parcels are sent standard post and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive in the Northern hemisphere. Or please ask for an upgrade to DHL, this takes 6-10 days to arrive in the Northern Hemisphere.
Items are safely packaged in cardboard and recycled materials.
All parcels are tracked and You will receive a tracking number.
